Why don’t you partake to improve the environment and contribute towards the Malaysian social welfare? You don't exactly need to be Angelina Jolie to get involved in these.


Biji Biji

Biji-biji aims to solve a problem in sustainable fashion. All of their products are made using at least 45% recycled materials, and any other materials are sourced from local suppliers. PAWS Animal Welfare Society is a non-profit animal shelter in Ara Damansara. Currently, there are over 250 dogs and 250 cats under the care of the shelter. All you need to do is give them a call and sign up a form! Spend some time there playing with the animals and even walk a dog. You might end up adopting one too.

Suriana Welfare Society for Children 

Suriana Welfare Society is a registered NGO in Kuala Lumpur. They have been actively involved in the promoting and protecting the rights of children of whom have been subject to abuse, abandonment, neglect, exploitation as well subject to human trafficking. Indigenous Peoples of Networks Of Malaysia

The Indigenous Peoples Network of Malaysia or Jaringan Orang Asal Se-Malaysia (JOAS) is the umbrella network for 21 community-based non-governmental organisations that have indigenous peoples’ issues as the focus. They provides the indigenous communities with representation not just nationally but regionally and internationally as well.
